ARTWORK STATEMENT:
A gentle arm around you is a little thing that matters. Its unassuming touch gives an immense sense of warmth, love and security particularly when it is shared with your best friend.

This work intuitively emerged from a memory – a wander through the beautiful landscape of Tasmania and a gentle touch. It is mixed media using a photograph, oil pastel, found paper collaged and printed on inkjet Somerset paper with hand cut paper stencil inked and handprinted.
