Artist Statement:
This painting reflects the days on the road where I assisted in delivering farm supplies to farmers. We travelled near and far, visiting farms some near, and some very far. The land was tough, and so were the people, but the hearts were warm. The landscapes changed with the seasons, often gold or light brown just before harvest, or green when growth and rain would flourish.
