Heading Home by Jan Verouden

It’s funny how, even when I lived in the city, I always felt a sense of relief when I headed out to the countryside somewhere, anywhere. Now I actually live out in the bush, and almost dread the times that a trip to the “big smoke” is necessary. It’s a real feeling of coming home when the hills of the Otways come into view, and I know I will be back in my safe haven soon.
